Repeated explosions in Kyiv occurred around 08:15 on November 28. The Russian army attacks the city with rockets.

Updated at 8:47 a.m. The Kyiv City Military Administration added that debris fell in another area — Darnytskyi district, preliminary, on the territory of the enterprise.

"Several outbuildings and a truck were slightly damaged. There was no fire. No information on casualties was received. The data of the operational summary is being clarified," the message says.

Explosions were already heard in Kyiv this morning. But at 8:15 a.m. it was loud in the city again. According to monitoring channels, air defense systems were operating in the capital, and further reconnaissance is underway.

The Kyiv City Military Administration reported that as a result of a rocket attack by Russian troops on Kyiv, debris fell in the Dniprovsky district of the capital. Preliminarily, on an open area.

"There was no information on casualties or damage. The data of the operational summary is being updated," the statement said.

The air raid alert is still ongoing. Ukrainians are being asked to stay in shelters until the alert is lifted.

On November 28, explosions were heard in Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and other regions.

The head of the Presidential Administration, Andrii Yermak, said that Russia has been stockpiling missiles to strike Ukrainian infrastructure during the cold weather.
