Aftermath of the Kyiv attack — areas of destruction

The head of the Kyiv City Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko, reported that the enemy carried out combined strikes on the capital from multiple directions.

"And systematically — targeting ordinary residential buildings. Last night, this included decoys, ‘Gerberas,’ ‘Shahed’ drones, ballistic and cruise missiles, and ‘Kinzhal’ missiles," he noted.

As of now, damage has been reported at over 20 locations in the Darnytskyi, Dniprovskyi, Solomianskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, Holosiivskyi, Obolonskyi, and Desnianskyi districts.

Significant damage has been observed in the residential buildings in the Darnytskyi and Dniprovskyi districts.

In the Darnytskyi district, Russians destroyed part of a five-story residential building with a direct hit. A rescue operation is underway at the site, attempting to free people and pull them out from under the rubble. Nine- and sixteen-story residential buildings, a private house, a parking lot, and a kindergarten were also damaged.

In the Dniprovskyi district, a 25-story residential building was damaged, and a drone hit a courtyard next to a nine-story building, setting cars on fire. Dozens of cars were damaged across multiple locations.

In the Solomianskyi district, a private residential building was on fire, but the fire has now been localized.

The Shevchenkivskyi district also suffered significant damage, affecting several non-residential buildings, offices, and ordinary residents’ cars.

In the Holosiivskyi district, as a result of the attack, several locations caught fire in the morning. Over ten buildings had their windows blown out, and cars were damaged.

In the Desnianskyi district, damage occurred in a non-residential area. The Obolonskyi district also experienced damage.

"In total, the number of damaged objects in Kyiv will again reach hundreds, with thousands of windows broken. A shopping center in the city center was also damaged," Tkachenko wrote.

Debris from destroyed targets is scattered across several locations in different parts of the city, and rescue workers are currently processing each location.
