Wounded and killed in the Russian attack in Kyiv region — details

On the night of Friday, January 24, Russian troops attacked the Kyiv region. As a result of the fall of drone debris, houses were damaged, and there were deaths and injuries.

This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Kyiv region on Telegram.

Attack on the Kyiv region on January 24

In Fastivskyi district, drone debris hit a ten-story building, starting a fire and destroying the sixth and seventh floors. 150 residents were evacuated: one man was rescued from the sixth floor and one woman was trapped on the ninth floor. The body of a dead man born in 1988 was also found.

Currently, 49 rescuers and 13 pieces of equipment are working at the site, and a resilience center has been set up to provide assistance to the victims.

And in Brovary, the wreckage of a UAV destroyed a residential building and it caught fire. The body of a man born in 1966 was found there, and the search for his wife, born in 1965, continues.

At night, houses were burning in the Kyiv region. The region was attacked by Russian drones and explosions were heard.

Also on January 18, Russia launched a ballistic attack on Kyiv, damaging a large business center at the entrance to the Lukianivska metro station, killing people.
