More than 9 hours of air raid in Kyiv — the consequences

Russian troops conducted a combined missile and drone strike on Kyiv at night and in the morning of November 28. In two districts of the capital, debris was seen falling.

This was reported by the Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA).

Consequences of the shelling of Kyiv on November 28

The KCMA said that the enemy probably used air-launched cruise missiles and drones of various types for the attack. The air alert in Kyiv was announced at almost midnight due to the threat of a UAV from the east and lasted more than nine hours. 

"Closer to morning, the Russian Aerospace Forces launched Kh-101 missiles from Tu-95MS strategic bombers. The missiles approached Kyiv from various directions. As a result of the air defense battle, all enemy targets threatening Kyiv were destroyed. (The exact number and type of weapons used will be disclosed in reports by the Air Force)," reads the statement. 

As of now, it is known that debris has fallen in two districts of the capital - Dniprovskyi and Darnytskyi. There is no information on casualties. A separate company was damaged, with its doors and windows smashed and a truck damaged.

As a reminder, as a result of a missile strike on Ukraine, Zhytomyr was completely cut off from electricity. In addition, the city has no water supply.

The Russians also shelled Lutsk. As a result of the hit, part of the city was de-energized, and electric transport is out of service.
