In the center of Kyiv, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz honored the memory of fallen Ukrainian heroes. They laid flowers at the National Remembrance Memorial on Maidan Nezalezhnosti.

The memory of the fallen defenders was honored

Zelenskyy and Scholz visited the National Remembrance Memorial on Independence Square. They laid flowers and lit candles to honor the soldiers who gave their lives for Ukraine's freedom and independence.
