Late on Thursday night, November 29, the Russian military made another attempt to attack Kyiv with drones. One UAV was downed, one building damaged and one person injured in the Dniprovskyi district as a result of the attack.

This was reported via Telegram by the Kyiv State Emergency Service.

"On November 28, at 11:15 p.m., the 101 line received a report that the outer layer of the building had caught fire as a result of an enemy UAV hit," the report said at night.

The State Emergency Service clarified that upon arrival at the scene, rescuers found that the drone had crashed into an open area near the two-story building of the children's clinic, damaging the facility. In particular, the outer cladding of the facade, the entrance group of the building and windows.

"When the firefighters arrived, there was no fire. The ambulance team hospitalized the security guard of the medical institution with a preliminary diagnosis of concussion," summarized in the SES.

At the same time, the Kyiv City Military Administration also confirmed that the damaged building was a medical facility. The victim was diagnosed with a closed fracture of the left femur.

In addition, damage was found to the glazing of windows and facades of entrances in three multi-storey residential buildings around the area.

Explosions were also heard in the Kyiv region. Air defense forces were shooting down enemy targets.
