Residential buildings in Hlevakha, Kyiv region, were damaged as a result of the nighttime strike by Russian drones. Residents are recovering from the aftermath and trying to restore the damaged property.

The aftermath of the strike

This morning in Hlevakha began with the sounds of explosions and alarms. Viacheslav, the resident whose house was damaged, described how people reacted to the strike.

"We heard the explosion, started calling our neighbors, ran outside, drove away cars, and helped the rescuers," the man shared.

Reconstruction works are ongoing at the site of the shelling. Residents are cleaning up the debris, and utility workers are helping to cover the broken windows with plywood.
